Q: Do I need experience in the recruitment business?
A: No. Through our comprehensive
initial training program conducted by Certified Personnel Consultants (The
highest professional designation in the recruiting industry), we can teach you how to find, recruit and place applicants as well as how to obtain companies with hiring needs.

Do I need to go through the initial training program? A:
You are not required to participate in the Initial Training Program to
become a licensee. However, we highly recommend this course and feel you
your odds of success will be greatly diminished without it.

What is the cost of the initial training program? A:
As we said above, you are not required to participate in the
Initial Training Program to become a licensee. If you elect to be
trained, these are the
training rates.
Q: Are there any other fees such as a monthly maintenance fee?
A:
Yes. There is a $250 monthly maintenance fee. However, if you pay
for 1 year all at once, you will receive 12 months for the price of
10. The monthly maintenance fee can be paid electronically.

A: None! We do not charge any royalties.
Q: Do I need to have office space?
A: No. You are able to start up using a home office for up to one year. However, having an office space will allow you to interview local applicants for placement, to meet personally with hiring companies, to conduct on-going educational training and hire the necessary account representatives to grow your business.
Q: How long will it take to become operational?
A: You can be operational immediately after the initial training program.
We estimate that it could take between 45-120 days to become cash flowing.
The time period depends on hiring processes from clients you have
chosen to work, payment terms of your clients and your own work
ethic.
Q: Do I need a large staff to operate?
A: No. You can begin and operate as a solo operator. However, additional people can not only help reduce your workload, but can exponentially increase your revenues. As your business grows, you can staff it accordingly.
Q. Do I select my own location?
A. Yes. However, upon
your request, we can provide you with site selection assistance.
Q: Is there additional
counseling and training?
A: Yes! We can provide additional training or counseling at
our current rates of $150 (US) per hour.
Q: What if I already own a recruiting firm?
A:
Million Dollar Recruiters recruiting system can be incorporated into what
you currently do. We feel our system can truly enhance your current revenue
